• Our room rates vary depending on availability and are not the same as our base rate. Any discounts, such as for seniors or foreign diplomats, apply to our base rate only.
• We strongly advise all guests to have adequate travel insurance in place to cover unforeseen cancellation circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for mother nature, flight cancellations or unexpected travel issues.
• We reserve the right to cancel this contract for materially justifiable causes beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to force majeure and operational integrity. In such events, the customer is not entitled to compensation or damages. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential losses from these emergencies.
