- Guests can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
- Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
- Guests will be charged a deposit of 50% of the total price in the 3 days before arrival. If we are unable to process the deposit, we may have to cancel the reservation.
- Guests will be charged 100% in case of no show. If you fail to show up for any reason, no refund is given.
- No reduction or refund will be given once you have checked-in.
- No refund due to unforeseen cancellation circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for mother nature, flight cancellations or unexpected travel issues.
