El Valle de Anton, a beautiful mountain town 1 1/2 -2 hours from Panama City, located in the Central Cordilleran Rainforests of west central Panama is a spectacular paradise! Here you will also find the Flor del Espiritu Santo or Holy Ghost , a gorgeous rare orchid which is the national flower of Panama.
